Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy on any item in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase. However we are sure that you will love our stuff!
Items are returned at your own cost, we regret that unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage. The goods are your responsibility until the items are received by Blackout. Clothing at the return address we give you through our returns email adress.. No liability will be accepted for any damages or loss during the return of our items.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement. All refunds will be made to the card from which 
the original payment was made.
Conditions of Returned Items
All original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
All items must be unworn
We cannot accept returns if:
Original tags have been removed
Items are not in a saleable condition
Items are soiled, have odours or appear to have been worn.
To return a product it must be within 5 days of revicing and you must contact the email below explaining why you are returning your product. if you include that there is any damage eg* loose thred, stains, marks you must include a photo as an attachment to the email. Once we have looked at your return we will then give you thurther instructions via the email contact.
